Return & Service

When purchasing products in our webshop, you have the option to return the product within 14 days of receipt.

The method for returning a product is as follows:

1. Mail to info@bodemschat.nl the reason and the article numbers you want to return.
2. Pack the product as best as possible in its original condition, unopened and undamaged.
3. Send the product prepaid and as soon as possible, but within 14 days from receipt of the products.
4. Keep the delivery receipt you receive from the postal company.
5. You will receive information from Bodemschat about the handling of your return shipment.

Conditions of return:

1. The other party has the right to cancel the order or to return unused products for fourteen (14) days after delivery.If the customer wishes to return the order (or part thereof) after receipt, he must inform us in advance by e-mail. The goods must be returned unused and unopened in the original packaging at the expense and risk of the buyer. Damaged goods are not credited. Also, specially ordered or custom-made products for the customer cannot be returned. 
2. Return shipments must be sent sufficiently prepaid and insured to:

Refund

Upon receipt of the products within 14 days, you have complied with the return conditions and the purchase amount of the product will be refunded to the account used for the payment agreement. We do need proof of purchase and packing slip from you and the item must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. If we cannot take the product back, you will receive an explanation.
